Group fitness class training are common these days!


Have you ever attended one before?

If your answer to those questions is no, allow us to apologize in the name of all the instructors you’ve came across. This is not the way fitness training should be! This is not the way we do things here!

Your progress is the most important aspect for us, with no progress there is no journey, and with no journey, why are we even moving? In order to ensure that you get the attention you need, and you are not just a face in the crowd but an integral part of the group, we have limited the group to 6 participants only! 

With 5 people around you, you are not just present, but you belong! And that feeling can provide so much motivation, you’d feel like you can reach for the stars. This is not a fitness class you can find at a gym or similar framework, this is a Boutique Group Training session.

You won’t be doing endless amounts of jumps, kicks or endless Squats. There will be Squats, just not endless, and not one after the other. There is an emphasis on building joint mobility while building muscle and bone strength.

Each session doesn’t focus solely on strength or weight loss exercises. There is a variety of different exercises to be performed, each focusing on a different components of physical fitness.🏃‍♀️ 

For example, you will be moving from explosive strength to stability, going through precision, coordination and muscle activation sequences all in the same session.

FAQ


Our group training is suited for anyone to join, regardless of age, previous injuries or current physical state. The group is open for men and women alike!

Our group training is built to provide with a variety of exercises to boost your joint mobility, muscle & bone strength and overall flexibility. All of our exercises are the results of over a decade of experience designed and specifically tailored to suit your needs.

The training is circuit type training, where you go between different stations, each station is aimed at either a different muscle group or a different component of physical fitness (i.e. stability, coordination, precision, etc.)

You will be instructed by a qualified therapist with a personal training certificate.

Joining the group is €25 per session, and you pay as you go.

The group is limited to 6 participants only. This way we ensure that you and group receives the personal attention each of you requires in order to perform the exercise to the best possible outcome.
